We ship worldwide. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after Friday and over the weekend 1pm UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

New Zealand: Free overnight shipping with any purchase over $100, $7 overnight shipping for purchases under $100.

Australia: Free shipping for purchases over $150. $20 shipping for purchases under $150.

Global: Free shipping for orders over $1,000. $75 for orders over $300. $100 for orders under $300.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item, please email shop@commonplace.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must return the item (at your cost) within 7 days of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived e.g. unworn, and with the original tags.
