Why did you start your business?
My partner and I started Loess a year ago as we wanted to create a luxury fragrance brand that had a large focus on sustainability and giving back. Running a business has been such an incredible journey and I feel very fortunate to experience this with my partner Nick.
This then leads me to why I started Monde. Monde is a space connecting women in business with women in business.
I’ve met some incredible women, who are champions at what they do, but so many times they’ve shared how at times, running a business can be so lonely, especially when you’re doing it solo. My hope is that the Monde women feel inspired, connected and empowered.

I just finished reading Untamed by Glennon Doyle — if you’re after some female empowerment then this should be your next book.

I’m a water baby so definitely the beaches.
